This agreement is between the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) and covers the period of one year starting on July 1, 2020, and ending on June 30, 2021. The Local Educational Agency’s (SPONSOR) schools may stop participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) at any time during this agreement and return to traditional counting and claiming procedures by notifying ODE Child Nutrition Program in writing. Requirements set forth in 7 CFR 245.9(j) would apply.
