This Settlement Agreement is made and entered into on November 4, 2021 by and between plaintiffs César Castillo, LLC, FWK Holdings, LLC, Rochester Drug Cooperative, Inc. and KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. (“Settling Direct Purchaser Plaintiffs” or “Settling Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class as defined in Paragraph 1 below (“Settlement Class”), by and through Dianne M.
