This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Achilles Might LLC, d/b/a HermesGo ("Hermes Go") with a principal place of business in Burbank, By downloading the HermesGotm application or app (collectively, the "App"), using any of the Services (as defined below), information, software, or products accessible through the App, and by checking the box indicating your consent, you become a user and agree to, and are bound by, the terms and conditions of this Agreement for as long as you continue to use the App or Services.
