The model articles for private companies limited by shares contained in the Companies (Model Articles) Regulations 2008 (the Model Articles) shall, except to the extent that they are excluded or modified by these Articles, apply to the Company and, together with these articles, shall constitute the Articles of Association of the Company (the Articles).
