THIS USE AGREEMENT is entered into this day of , 2020, in accordance with the Act of Congress approved June 17, 1902 (32 Stat. 388) and all Acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, all such Acts commonly known as and referred to as the Federal Reclamation Law, by the United States of America (United States), acting by and through its Bureau of Reclamation, Region 10 (Reclamation), Department of the Interior, represented by the officer executing this Agreement, and the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority (Authority), a joint powers Authority, duly organized, existing and acting pursuant to the laws of the State of California, acting by and through its Executive Director.
