This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Premiere Network Services, Inc. (“Premiere”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas with offices at 1510 North Hampton Road, Suite 120, DeSoto, TX 75115, and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Rhode Island (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110. (Premiere and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
