THIS AGREEMENT is made pursuant to the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Sections 307.05, 9.60 and 505.44 and is entered into in the County of Lucas Ohio, effective January 1, 2020 by and between the City of Toledo, the City of Oregon, the City of Maumee, the Village of Whitehouse, Sylvania Township and Springfield Township (hereinafter referred to as the “SUBDIVISIONS”) and the Board of County Commissioners of Lucas County (hereinafter referred to as ‘COUNTY”).
