THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and AM-TEL, Inc., a Georgia corporation, on behalf of its operating affiliates identified in Part B hereof collectively ("AM-TEL"), and shall be deemed effective as of the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or AM-TEL or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
