On 9 April 2019, the Lender and the Borrower No. 1 entered into the Supplemental Agreement. Pursuant to which, the repayment date of the Loan shall be extended to 30 June 2019 and the interest rate of 9.5% per annum on the Loan shall be applied from 27 March 2019 and up to and including 30 June 2019. Save as aforesaid, all other terms of the Loan Facility Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
