As a part of your commitment to join Beta Alpha Psi, you are expected to remain an active member throughout your undergraduate or graduate studies at University of Illinois at Chicago. Beta Alpha Psi is not a semester-by-semester commitment. Neither the international nor local chapter by-laws allow for an inactive membership status. When you successfully complete your candidate semester(s) and the academic requirements for your membership, you will be given an opportunity to choose whether you wish to become a full member.
