SUBSCRIPTION TO PRIVACY TERMSPrivacy Terms • June 3rd, 2022
Provider and the Subscribing LEA (whose name is indicated below) by signing this Subscription to Privacy Terms (the “Subscription”) agree to be bound by the same terms as the DPA between Provider and [name of original LEA] (“Original LEA”) dated [date]. Provider and Subscribing LEA agree that the information below will be replaced throughout the Agreement with the information specific to the Subscribing LEA filled in below for the Subscribing LEA. This Subscription shall extend only to the terms set forth in the DPA and shall not bind Provider or Subscribing LEA to any other terms entered into between Provider and Original LEA including those that may be found in any other agreement other than Provider’s terms of service (such as a Service Agreement detailing price, quantity or length of term) between Provider and LEA.
