This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of , 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between FIRE RECOVERY USA, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company”), and the City of Lompoc, a municipal corporation, (“City”). Company and City are referred to herein individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
