These Terms and Conditions represent the Agreement entered into between HiFX Canada Inc.dba Xe (“Xe,” “us” or “we”), and you (“you,” or the “Customer”), whereby we agree to act on your Instructions for all Foreign Exchange, Money Transfer, Payment or any other services to which you subscribe, and will hereafter be referred to as the ‘Agreement’ and/or the ‘Terms’.
