This Interconnection Agreement under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the Agreement), is dated as of , 2006 by and between AT&T Inc. owned Wisconsin Bell, Inc. d/b/a AT&T Wisconsin(AT&T Wisconsin) and, Time Warner Cable Information Services (Wisconsin), LLC. Notwithstanding Paragraph 43 of the Merger Conditions approved by FCC Memorandum Opinion and Order released October 8, 1999 in CC Docket No. 98-141 "In re Applications of Ameritech Corp. and AT&T Inc. for Consent to Transfer Control of Corporations Holding Commission Licenses and Lines Pursuant to Sections 214 and 310(d) of the Communications Act and Parts 5, 22, 24, 25, 63 90, 95 and 101 of the Commission's Rules," this Agreement is effective and available only in the State of Wisconsin because of differences and limitations in regulatory, legal, technical, network and OSS attributes in other states. Other states' terms and conditions are not included in this Agreement as a result of a ruling in the foll
