As you know, your employment relationship with the Company is governed by your offer letter with the Company dated October 6, 2017 (the “Offer Letter”). As specified in Section 13 of the Offer Letter, you have been employed “at-will,” meaning that you or the Company could end the employment relationship at any time and for any reason, subject to the terms of the Offer Letter.
