MANUFACTURER is the manufacturer of certain products ("Products") that will be purchased by BUYER pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Products and related specifications (“Specifications”) subject to this Agreement shall be listed on Exhibit One (1) attached. This Exhibit may be modified over time as new Products are introduced, other Products are terminated and as Specifications are revised. BUYER shall have the right to resell the Products anywhere in the world, including in the People’s Republic of China.
