This Amended and Restated Aquifer Storage and Recovery (“ASR”) Management &and Operations Agreement (hereafter the “(“Agreement”) between California -American Water (hereafter “Company (“Cal-Am”), and Monterey Peninsula Water Management District (hereafter “Water Management District” or “(“District”) is entered into as of September __, 2020 (the “Effective Date”). Cal-Am and the date last written below. District are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.” All capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1 of this Agreement.
