MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEENKentucky • May 26th, 2023
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the Office of the Kentucky Center for Statistics (“KYSTATS”) on behalf of The Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Department of Education (“KDE”), the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (“CPE”), Kentucky Adult Education Skills U, the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance (“KHEAA”) and (“Authorized Representative”). Collectively, KYSTATS, KDE, CPE, Adult Ed Skills U, and KHEAA are referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement establishes the procedures relating to an exchange of information between the Parties and the Authorized Representative.
