TRUST (this “Contract”) is dated as of April 5, 2021, amends and restates the Original Financing Agreement (as defined herein) and is granted by the CITY OF HENDERSONVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA, a public body of the State of North Carolina (the “Borrower”), to BB&T Collateral Service Corporation, a North Carolina business corporation (the “Deed of Trust Trustee”), for the benefit of TRUIST BANK (“Truist”).
