The terms regulate the contractual relationship between Unitas Rejser (the "tour operator") and the traveller (the "traveller"), who buys a package tour. The agreement is entered into in compliance with the Danish Act on Pack- age Tours (Act no. 1666 of 26 December 2017 on package tours and combined travel arrangements).
