This Agreement is made as of this twelfth (12th) day of July 2017 between (the “Owner’s Project Manager”), with offices at and the Town of Wellesley, acting through its School Building Committee, (the “Owner”), with offices in the Facilities Maintenance Department (FMD) at 888 Worcester Street, Suite 370, Wellesley, MA 02482 for Owner’s Project Manager Services, as described herein, on the <Project Name> Feasibility Study (the project).
