This Amendment to Cooperation Agreement (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of this day of September, 2022 (the “Effective Date”)1, by and between the CITY OF CARSON, a municipal (“City”), and CARSON RECLAMATION AUTHORITY, a California Joint Powers Authority (“Authority”) with reference to the facts set forth below. City and Authority may be referred to in this Amendment individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
