THIS AGREEMENT is hereby made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2014, by and between GUILFORD COUNTY on behalf of the Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY,” and Family Services of the Piedmont, Inc. hereinafter referred to as the “AGENCY,” and also collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
