If UNSW will also be disclosing confidential information to the external party, the Confidentiality Agreement – Mutual / Multi-party (UNSW Recipient and Discloser) should be used instead. If UNSW is the sole party disclosing confidential information the Confidential Agreement (UNSW Discloser) should be used. Confidentiality agreements are often referred to as non-disclosure agreements (NDA).
