The Company recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all its employees at its plant Metropolitan Toronto and the Regional Municipality of Peel, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office staff, clerical staff, sales staff, time study staff, full-time quality control staff, laboratory staff, full-time technical engineering staff, students employed during the school vacation period, and persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four hours per week.
