THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2024, by and among the City of Roeland Park, Kansas (hereinafter "Roeland Park"), the City of Westwood, Kansas (hereinafter "Westwood") and the City of Fairway, Kansas (hereinafter “Fairway”), each party having been organized and now existing under the laws of the State of Kansas (hereinafter Roeland Park, Westwood and Fairway may be referred to singularly as the "Party" and collectively as the "Parties").
