This Class Action Agreement and Stipulation of Settlement and Release (“Settlement Agreement,” “Settlement” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into on , by and between the following parties: Magun Washington (“Magun”) and Solomon Brown (“Solomon”) (collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs” or “Named Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of similarly situated persons, and Defendants Acceptance Solutions Group, Inc. (“ASG”) and David Lansburgh (collectively referred to as “Defendants”). Plaintiffs and Defendants are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
