Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), TCG Ohio (TCG), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (BellSouth), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated March 14, 2006 (Agreement).
