THIS INTERLOCAL Agreement ("Agreement"), effective October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2022, is entered into between the City of Arlington (“Participant”), a municipal corporation duly incorporated under the Constitution and laws of the State of Texas acting by and through its respective City Council and the North Central Texas Council of Governments ("NCTCOG"), a political subdivision of the State of Texas acting by and through its Executive Board. NCTCOG and Participant may each be referred to as a “Party”, and may be collectively referred to as “Parties” to this Agreement.
