Contract Type FiledJune 3rd, 2020The “Agreement” between you (“Supplier”) and the ordering Unilever group company (“Buyer”) (collectively “parties”) comprises: these terms (“Terms”) or Unilever PurchasingAgreement or other Unilever contract; any and all relevant purchase orders requesting or specifying a supply ofservices or products (“PO”); and supporting terms such as Commercial Terms Contracts (“CTC”). CTCs may include: central CTCs agreed between a Unilever group company (“UGC”) and aSupplier group company each acting as a supply chain hub; local CTCs agreed between a Buyer and a Supplier; and Unilever Purchasing Contracts (“UPC”). Itis agreed by the parties that any terms and conditions other than the Agreement which attempt to add to or vary the Agreement have no force or effect unless expressly agreed by both parties.
