This First Amendment to the Cooperative Agreement by and between the County of Marin (hereinafter “COUNTY”) and the Sonoma-Marin Rail Transit District (hereinafter “SMART”) is made and entered into this day of , 2010 (the “First Amendment”). Collectively, the COUNTY and SMART shall be referred to as the “Parties”.
