This Project Labor Agreement (hereinafter, “PLA” or “Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2016 by and between the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District, its successors or assigns, (hereinafter “District”) and the San Diego Building and Construction Trades Council (hereinafter “Council”), and the signatory Craft Unions (hereinafter, together with the Council, collectively, the “Union” or “Unions”). The District, Council and Unions are herein collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
