This Coexistence Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of February 7, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) between Antwaun Thompson, an individual residing in the State of North Carolina (“AT”), and TopstepTechnologies LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the state of Delaware (“TT”). AT and TT are sometimes referred to collectively as “Parties” and individually as “Party”.
