This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 18 November 2020 (“EFFECTIVE DATE”), between the Compton Community College District, hereinafter referred to as (“DISTRICT”), and Foundation for California Community Colleges/Career Ladders Project, hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT”.
