This Agreement is by and between Johnson County, Indiana (the “County”), the Cities of Franklin, Indiana and Greenwood, Indiana (the “Cities”), and the Towns of Bargersville, Indiana; Edinburgh, Indiana; New Whiteland, Indiana; Princes Lakes, Indiana; Trafalgar, Indiana and Whiteland, Indiana; (the “Towns”), the fire protection districts of Amity, Indiana; Bargersville, Indiana; Needham, Indiana; Nineveh, Indiana; Whiteland, Indiana and White River, Indiana (the Fire Protection Districts) and shall be effective as of the date of recordation of this Agreement with the Johnson County Recorder.
