This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"), forms part of, and is subject to, the Master Terms and Conditions for Provider Offerings or other written or electronic terms of service or subscription agreement between Provider and Customer for Customer's purchase of Provider Offerings that reference this DPA (the "Agreement"). By signing the Agreement, the parties enter into this DPA on behalf of themselves and, to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Laws, in the name and on behalf of their Affiliates, and this DPA shall be effective on the effective date of the Agreement ("Effective Date").
