This INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of 12/9/2021 (the “Agreement”), is between Leafwise Solutions, LLC , a North Carolina Limited Liability Company (the “Investment Manager”), and Auspicious Opportunities LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (the “Fund”). The purpose of the Fund is to facilitate the implementation of Leafwise Solutions, LLC investment strategies.
