This Consortium Agreement model is created for projects which will be governed by a Horizon Europe Model Grant Agreement (MGA) under Horizon Europe, i.e. notably “Research and Innovation Actions” and “Innovation Actions”. DESCA HE Version AP is specifically designed for projects in which Associated Partners (Art. 9.1. General MGA HE) play a major role in the implementation of the project and all Beneficiaries remain responsible for the proper implementation of the tasks towards the Granting Authority. A use for other types of projects will likely require adaptations.
