This Professional Services Agreement is entered into and made effective as of the day of , 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY, a public transit district organized under the laws of the State of Utah (“UTA”), and CIVIL SCIENCE, INC., a Utah Corporation (“Consultant”) (UTA and the Consultant are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”).
