AGREEMENT – TCA 2, between the Federal Public Prosecutor´s Office, the State of Espírito Santo Public Prosecutor´s Office, the State of Espírito Santo government, through the Environment and Water Resources Office – SEAMA, the State Environment and Water Resources Institute – IEMA and ARCELORMITTAL TUBARÃO, with the objective of defining mutually agreed decisions on social- environmental perspectives aiming to increment the control of air emissions under their responsibility, ensuring their increasing contribution to air quality in the Vitoria Metropolitan Region.
