This Software Maintenance Agreement is entered into on [Commuent.CreateDDate] between [Sender.firstName] [Sender.lastName] (Software Owner) and [Client.firstName] [Client.lastname] (Service Provider) and hereinafter known as - Events . This template describes the scope of software maintenance services offered, the terms associated with those services and any other terms related to the customer agreement. The Service Provider will begin providing maintenance to the Software Owner for a period of 12 months on time on the date of the above agreement, unless termination is required by either party. The recognized access section of this template lists any physical or digital locations you need access to for software maintenance. Recognized Service Provider Access has access to all necessary printouts as well as documentation of any software that may fail after this Agreement is entered into. The Software Owner shall further provide the Service Provider with access to the necessary computers
