We've agreed to issue you a credit card as described in this agreement, and you agree to repay us, along with interest charges and fees. You also agree to the rules and regulations contained in the bylaws governing accounts with the Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU) as they are now, or hereafter may be amended, and authorize HUECU to obtain consumer reports in connection with this account. Each person who uses the Card(s) or permits another to use the Card(s), agrees to be jointly and severally liable to the Credit Union for all authorized transactions and resulting obligations due to the Credit Union.
