WHEREAS the Green Climate Fund (“Fund”) and the Government of the Kingdom of Bhutan (“Government”) are conscious of the need to ensure, consistent with paragraphs 7 and 8 of the Governing Instrument for the Green Climate Fund (the “Governing Instrument”), that the Fund and the persons associated with the Fund are covered by privileges and immunities in the Kingdom of Bhutan;
