This Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the acquisition and use of Everwise Corporation (“Everwise”)’s Services (as defined below). By accepting this Agreement by executing an order form or statement of work (collectively, “Order Form”) that references this Agreement, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is entered into as of the Order Form effective date of the first Order Form executed between Everwise and the customer described in such Order Form (“Customer”).
