This Agreement made this day of , 20 , by and between ETaxBreaks, LLC, an Alabama Corporation, herein referred to as “ETaxBreaks,” with its address at Post Office Box 283, Gadsden Alabama 35902, and , herein referred to as “ETaxBreaks Referral Partner (RP).” Both ETaxBreaks and RP shall occasionally be referred to as “The Parties”. Those with whom the RP secures a contract for ETaxBreaks services shall be alternately referred to herein as “end-user” or “potential client”. Now, therefore, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
