This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA” or “Addendum”) is hereby incorporated by reference into, and becomes a binding part of the Terms of Service for JFrog Cloud Services (the “Cloud Services”) available here, or any other existing agreement between the Customer and JFrog for the provision by JFrog of any of its Cloud Services (the “Agreement”) in which JFrog and its Affiliates (“JFrog” or “Processor”) act as a Processor of Customer’s Personal Data. Both Parties shall be referred to as “Parties”. All capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
