OIL Version 2.1, dated as of , between the Party A and Party B (the “Master Agreement”), and supplements and amends the Master Agreement as provided herein. Except to the extent amended herein, the terms of the Master Agreement continue to apply. Capitalized terms used in this Annex, which are not herein defined, will have the meanings given to such terms in the Master Agreement. Unless otherwise indicated, references herein to a “Section” shall refer to a section in this Annex. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Annex and the Master Agreement with regard to a Transaction or a Confirmation, the order in which such documents or agreements will prevail for the purposes of the relevant Transaction will be as follows: the Confirmation, this Annex, and the Master Agreement.
