THIS LEASE AGREEMENT - RENEWAL 2020 (this "Lease") is made as of the later of the dates accompanying the signatures below (the "Effective Date") by and between THE VILLAGE OF BARRINGTON HILLS, an Illinois municipal corporation ("Landlord") and BARRINGTON AREA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, a private regional organization formed pursuant to the Regional Council Act (50 ILCS 10 / 0 .01 et seq.) ("Tenant").
