The purpose of this document is to set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your customer account with Isagenix International, LLC (“Isagenix”). Once your application is submitted to and accepted by Isagenix, this document will constitute an agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Isagenix. An Isagenix Customer (“Customer”, or “Preferred Customer”) is someone who wants to enjoy the benefits of Isagenix products at reduced prices for their own personal use or the personal use of their Immediate Household by establishing an Isagenix Customer Membership Account. Accordingly, you understand and agree as follows:
