Lizandra LLC, et al., Docket No. 161-5-18 Wmcv, and as part of the foreclosure action the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Unit (the “Court”) conducted an auction of the Property (the “Auction”) by and through Thomas Hirchak Company (“Auctioneer”).
